The Escobar Kitchen Latin Asian Fusion

Exceeded our expectations. Escobar offers, made to order, latin-asian flavoured rolls, towers, seaweed salad, and more, just a great assortment. I am half Japanese and I know great Asian cuisine. When we chose Escobar we did not realise that is was located inside the Bravo Supermarket. Based on the prior reviews and observing the Chef at work, we decided to go for it. Everything we had was delicious. Fresh, melt-in-your-mouth, with flavours that work well together. Roll sizes were generous and rolled meticulously. Pricing was lower than expected especially for what we got. The standout was the pride the Associates, Chef and Manager had in their work and the company. Their corner section was very clean and well tended to. We forgot we were in a supermarket. As a side note, Bravo Supermarket was also clean, well stocked, with a great assortment, friendly associates and great value. We will be sure to stop in Escobar Kitchen and Latin Asian Fusion Restaurant EVERY time we are in the area. I tell you what, IF we were closer, I’s be getting my party platters at Escobar. To Escobar, IF you every decide to expand, we would love to have you in Atlantic Beach, FL! Thank you! Brenda

This food looks amazing and tastes even better. The flavors and textures come together perfectly! Kicking Sushi up a few notches!! Krabs Sticks (ate to quick for a pic) delicious! Crazy crab bites fantastic. Escobar roll and Mar y tierra. Everything delicious! Service is great! This team knows what they are doing! If you are in Orlando check em out or you'll be missing out for sure!

I go all the time to Enjoy the Special Escobar Tempura. Meat, Seafood mixed makes you powerful. The Team making the rolls is Friendly and Funny. They make jokes among them I always end up laughing and making jokes about the Staff. Diego one of the Staff members of Bravo Market is like el Coco-Sette, esta para comerselo a besos! Por eso voy tambien. Es Un Mango !

Rediscovering sushi in a Latin Fusion cuisine format was mind blowing! I’m not a big fan of sushi but there isn’t a single one at Escobars I do not enjoy! They’re all exceptional! While waiting for my order to be prepared, I struck a conversation with the owners son and cheff. Mom I’m learning to make sushi at home on my own. Still order Escobar’s as my favorite. O also met the manager/co Owner Mrs. Escobar and she was very kind, professional and super helpful and involved with the process and staff! Any business where ownership is on the ground floor interacting with the customer will excellent! However, the Escobar family truly enjoys what they do. Highly recommend them and for events their VIP platter is the best! It is also an exceptional and their best value! It’s my go to for family gatherings because it’s simply perfect! I’ve been holding this review because I wanted to take photos of the VIP tray. Problem is it doesn’t last long enough for me to take a photo. Will have to take it upon pick up.

Fantastic service. They are so warm and welcoming here and that alone would make it a great place to eat. The food puts it over the top though. This is going to be a destination place anytime I am in Orlando! It's so easy to miss being inside a supermarket but don't let that stop you. Go here Get the food Be happy!

This is one of the best sushi I’ve ever had. I love the Asian/Latin Fusion of it. The best part is that I am pregnant, and since they are 100% cooked I could eat them with no worries. Not only that, the owner himself came to the table to bring us our food and to make sure everything was how we ordered. I recommend this restaurant 100% !!!! The freshness and flavor of the food, the service and the cleanliness is top. I definitely will go back!

We drive 30 minutes to get here and it's totally worth it. Highly recommen Escobar Roll, Neptune Salad and if you are super hungry the Boom Boom roll! Everything is delicious! We will be back again soon!

If there’s one thing I truly respect about any food establishment it is the authenticity they bring to the table, creating something That isn’t commonly found anywhere else and dominating it, and this is what Escobar kitchen has done with their Latin Asian fusion cuisine. They offer sushi rolls with a Latin twist first for example, one of them has skirt steak with shrimp tempura avocado yellow Spanish rice with a whole bunch of sauces, complementing it like the eel spicy mayo chimichurri, amazing! The chef and owner was nice enough to share his story when I asked him How did he come up with such a concept that he pulled off so well as you see from the pictures I took, check out the menu and see for yourself. He is a Mad scientist in a chef coat offering Asian Latin chemistry and has achieved a wonderful formula, make sure to stop by! There is two locations I know of, one in Lake Nona and the one I went to (new one, congrats) was in downtown on Church Street, I can see him opening up a third location in a couple years or less. Me being a talented food business owner myself (Cheesecake Chino’s), I can quickly pick up on passion and talent that others have, I am very critical on others and more critical on myself, so the fact that I’ll take the time to leave a five star review says enough, keep up the good work Escobar!
